Look at that. That is a pile of hair from Hutch. The past few days I have gotten a pile that big and even bigger.
I have a FURminator. I got mine off of ebay. I've read some reviews about how great this works. I am here to tell you that it is really great. Not sure if it is worth the $64.99 it costs at one of the big pet stores. However it is worth the $32.00 I paid. Even works on the short slick hair Starsky has.
You do have to be gentle, it will pull if the brush is moved too fast over the hair. Starsky came over to check it out. Hutch decided to take out his irritation at being brushed on Starsky. Poor guy he just came to see what was happening.

ReplyDeleteI got one at Petsmart last week with a case/ grooming kit for $54. It works better than a good rake brush for Daja's undercoat. The shampoo smells soooooooo good and its very concentrated. Love the new look!
ReplyDeleteThose things do work well. I just wish they were bigger to cover a larger area at a time. It takes forever to do a big dog.
